Welcome to Spanish class. My name is Mrs. Sanchez, and I am delighted that I get to teach you about how to write, speak, read, and understand Spanish language this year. I will not only provide books as learning tools but the laptops, I-pads as well. We will do many fun projects to put this language to practice.
As your teacher, I want to ensure that each of you have a great learning environment. For this to be possible, I expect you to follow these rules:
|Rules for Pre-K 3 to Kindergarten grade||Rules for 4th grade to 8th grade|
Rules for 1st grade to 3rd
Each homework assignment must be written down in your Spanish notebook. You can check the school’s website on the teachers’ tab; click on my name; then you can click on Spanish subject for your homework assignments for the week. I update the Spanish’s class webpage on the weekends. Also for the grades 4th-8th, the students can check the tasks or projects on Google Classroom.
My extra help day is on Tuesday at 3:00-3:40pm. Students must to notify me on Monday if you will to attend extra help.
Late assignments or homework will be accepted three days after the day due, but will have a grade of 50%. A zero will be given to any homework or assignments not handed in after 3 days.
If the student is absent, a number of days the days given to make-up the work will equal those absent days.
Do not feel shy to ask any questions. I love to help students in any way I can. If you need extra help, please meet with me after class.
Remember, when we work together, we learn together.
